The fine sand dosing buffer FSD is the heart of our inline blending systems, alongside the T-Type classifier. The compact and therefore space-saving FSD enables the precise addition of fine sand to the coarse sand during the ongoing process.
A certain amount of fine sand is kept in stock to compensate for fluctuations. If excess fine sand is produced, it is fed to the dewatering system via an overflow. Dosing is computer-controlled via our tried-and-tested pinch valve. With duo inline blending, the fine sand dosing buffer is optionally equipped with a second pinch valve.
Our fine sand dosing buffer consists of a closed, bolted and welded container with an integrated spray frame. The entire container is lined on the inside with our highly wear-resistant Linatex® rubber and therefore offers a very long service life. There is a viewing and manhole from the top, which can be reached from the outside via a ladder. Depending on the application, the lid is available with individual inlets for the heavy-duty turbidity sorter outlets or with a central inlet for a cyclone task, for example.
