The circular screen is the standard machine for grading in the gravel and sand industry. This version is a simple, robust and cost-effective variant for many applications.
Double-deckers or banana screens are often used to separate sand and gravel, while triple-deckers are also frequently used for gravel fractionation. To enable the feed material to be transported, a circular screen with an inclination of 12°-30° must be installed. The screening machine can be designed with single or multiple bearings as required. Classifying screens are equipped with a spraying device for clean classification. The screen lining is usually made of polyurethane or rubber, although wire mesh is also used.
We offer the right solution for every application and, together with our partners, can look back on over 50 years of experience in the manufacture of classifying screening machines.
