Jigs are specially designed to separate light materials from heavy materials with a grain size of >1 mm. This includes the removal of harmful substances from materials such as sand, gravel, slag, building rubble and contaminated soil, as well as the sorting of various ores.

Specifications

Density sorting plays a decisive role in the processing of minerals and in recycling. When sorting by density, especially for materials with small differences in density, a simple counter-current rinsing process is often not sufficient for effective separation. Instead, a vertically pulsating flow through the settling bed is required.
