Sand and gravel are indispensable for the construction industry and are used in a wide range of applications. They are the main component of concrete and are also used as an aggregate in mortar, plaster or as a bulk material in road construction or garden landscaping.
The raw material extracted by wet or dry mining is often contaminated and varies in its composition. In order to meet the high demands placed on building materials, its grain composition must be optimized and harmful components removed.
The fact that sand and gravel are finite resources and are also becoming scarcer due to a lack of mining permits emphasizes the need for efficient use.
B&D processing systems are individually designed to meet the respective requirements. They can be flexibly adjusted to the raw material obtained and the products to be produced during operation. They are characterized by minimal material losses, low water and energy consumption, simple operation and low maintenance costs.
We use different processes depending on the deposit (raw material), available area and customer requirements.
