Our crushed sand washing systems can be found at more and more plant operators throughout Germany. The systems are individually tailored to the customer’s requirements. The system can also be equipped with one or more cyclone stages via the various feed types (dry or wet) in order to produce the customer-specific end product.
The existing crushed sand, which is usually less than 0.063 mm (filler) with a proportion of more than 20%, is cleaned via a spray system and at least one cyclone stage. The proportion of sand smaller than 0.063 mm is reduced by up to 20% in the first cyclone stage. Depending on customer requirements, the cyclones can also be adjusted so that fractions of less than 0.063 mm to 5% are still present in the finished crushed sand.
Our crushed sand washing systems are also designed to work efficiently. This means that the mashing water is fed from the cyclone’s surplus process water during drying tasks. It is also possible to split the sand into up to two fractions and mix them together using a flap system, so that a relatively uniform final sand is produced with uniform feeding.
